Screen Issue Troubleshooting
Here you will find information on how troubleshoot display issues with your screen and/or docking station.
If the Lenovo laptop is connected to the docking station but no display is being shown on your monitor or Promethean board, try dismounting the laptop, then remount it on the docking station with the slider.
If you are still having issues, please disconnect/reconnect the video cable from the dock (video cables are on the left side on the images shown below) Here is a link to the video for your reference.
